About Us.
Aubrey Gibson, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc.
Aubrey holds a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a Specialist in Psychology from the University of Toronto. After completing her Master’s degree, she dedicated six years to additional training and supervised practice to become a registered Psychological Associate in Clinical and Counselling Psychology with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
With over a decade of experience in private practice, Aubrey has worked both independently and as part of collaborative group settings. She has also completed internships supporting adolescents and young adults in academic environments. Currently, she provides therapy to adults aged 18 and older from a wide range of backgrounds. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges both with oneself and others, life transitions, self-esteem, emotion regulation, suicidality and self-harm, as well as stress management.
Aubrey’s approach is integrative and trauma-focused, drawing on a strong foundation of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. She thoughtfully incorporates elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to tailor support that fosters resilience and well-being.
In addition to clinical practice, Aubrey offers professional consultation to students and young professionals, guiding the next generation of mental health practitioners. Her commitment is to help individuals cultivate greater well-being, balance, and meaning in their lives through compassionate and evidence-based care.

Cynthia Ritchie, M.A., R.P.
Cynthia works collaboratively with clients by tailoring each session to meet their unique needs. She has experience supporting individuals who face challenges related to anxiety, grief, burnout, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, work issues, coping skills, school stress, trauma and suicidal ideation. She provides services in English to adults 18+ and youth.
To help her clients meet their goals and reach their potential, Cynthia draws upon various approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Supportive Counselling, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions, as well as incorporating self-compassion and mindfulness. She strives to make her practice LGBTQ+ friendly.
Cynthia holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Cynthia offers teletherapy, with appointments available Monday-Thursday, and in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
